Under the leadership of Pastor Shirley Eastman, Evangelistic Outreach Center (Association) is among the oldest buildings in the San Antonio District. It has actively been a Non-Denominational Church for the last half century. Our late Founder, Senior Bishop Mack Eastman, who was a 50+ year veteran, said Evangelist and Pastor, has thrived to bless God's people with the message of Faith. We have mad

e a difference in Alameda County, Contra Costa County and throughout the East Bay Area for over 50 years providing social support services to over two hundred families each year. We are a nonprofit organization providing spiritual rehabilitation and recovery services to individuals with prior physical and behavioral apprehensions who lack self-sufficiency and stabilization skills due to substance abuse, homelessness, low self-esteem, mental illness, spiritually lost, cancer and HIV/AIDS. Our support includes:

- Annual Thanksgiving Dinner Give-away in conjunction with the Oakland Police Department
- On-going wellness seminars focusing on HIV and STD prevention
- Annual Back-to-School Banquet
- Annual Youth “Lock-in” Movie Night
- Counseling for community and family violence, marriage and family stabilization and conflict resolution
- Academic enrichment and tutorial services for youth and adults
- Social Reform Minister’s services for persons formally incarcerated, substance users and other targeted groups who require reform and coaching.
