**Official Announcement of the Passing of Brother David Toniá Winkfield**

It is with great sadness that we, the members of New Beginnings Community Church of Oakland, California, along with our beloved Pastor KJ Williams, announce the passing of our dear brother and servant, Deacon David Toniá Winkfield.

Brother David served faithfully and diligently in our church community from its inception. His unwavering devotion and love for Christ and His church have left a lasting impact on all who knew him. We mourn the loss of a cherished servant of God, a beloved member of our church family, and a true example of faith and dedication.

Please keep Brother David’s family in your prayers during this difficult time. Let us come together as a community to support and uplift one another as we navigate this period of grief.

As we mourn the loss of our brother, we are reminded of the words: *Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.* May the peace of Christ comfort us all.
