There are people you can count ON & there are people you should count OUT.
I’ve had a LONG history of HOLDING ON to people, places, and things WAY LONGER than I should. For example, years ago, I used to lead a Bible study group and it was going quite well…So I thought. I felt like we were all growing in the Lord together and that things were going smooth; but unbeknown to me, one of the ladies, in the group, was feeding one of the OTHER ladies, ACCUSATIONS & NEGATIVITY about me. This woman was an active SOWER OF DISCORD. However, before I found out about all of this, I was actually advised (through wise counsel) to LET THE BIBLE STUDY GO! The HONEST truth is: I DIDN’T WANT TO. Ultimately, it reached its due course and we were FORCED, by that incident, to say goodbye to one another. If I would have listened, earlier on, to the warnings God was providing for me, I would not have had to go through that PAIN and SUFFERING.
God is ALWAYS going to let you know WHEN to pivot & WHO to pivot with! When GOD speaks, you have to make it your PRIORITY to RESPOND and OBEY immediately. He is the AUTHOR of your story! HE wrote it & he knows the SCRIPT! God sees WAY up the road when you can only see half a block ahead.
STOP holding onto the wrong people, places, & things so you can walk in the plans that GOD has for you.
