As part of JERU week, we are partnering with ADFAC for a home repair project on July 17–18. We’ll be helping with practical projects for families in our community, and we’re beginning to gather a list of volunteers who may be interested in serving.

You do not need to be an expert contractor to help. We are looking for people with a variety of skills and comfort levels, including:

painting
yard work
simple repairs
organizing materials
general helping hands

I know many people are already making summer plans, and having responses by June 1 will really help us. We need to have a reasonable estimate of volunteer numbers and skill sets in order to decide which projects are realistic and which day(s) we should schedule.
