The Movement Chicago is a vital, non-denominational community of believers in the heart of the Chicago suburbs where children, youth, and adults alike build life-changing relationships with God and one another. With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved Mother Priscilla Beard . A cherished member of The Movement Chicago, beloved wife of Deacon Beard, and mother of our Bishop and Pastor Emma.

During this difficult time, we ask that you keep our First Family, the entire Beard and Mims families, and The Movement Chicago family lifted in prayer.

May the God of all comfort surround each of you with His peace, strengthen you in your grief, and remind you of His unfailing love. We love you, we honor the life and legacy of Mother Beard, and we stand with you in love and prayer.
