Everyone over the age of two years old who is not yet vaccinated should wear a face covering while attending the Service, and practice social distancing of at least six feet from members of other households. In accordance with the CDC’s most recent guidance, those who are fully vaccinated are not required to wear a mask. ENTRANCES: There will be two entrances to the Sanctuary – along Oak Park Avenue and at the accessible Memorial Tower doors. The Superior Street entrance is not available at this time. At each entrance, you will be warmly greeted by an usher who will direct you to the Welcome Table. WELCOME TABLES: The Welcome Table will provide hand sanitizer, disposable masks, registration forms (which will be used if needed for contact tracing), single-use pens/pencils, bulletins, pre-packaged Communion elements and offering envelopes. SEATING OF WORSHIPERS: Though restrictive signs on pews have been removed, we urge you to practice social distancing and keep six feet away from other congregants when seated. FAMILIES: Until the time the Nursery and Sunday School are re-opened, the Chapel has been outfitted as a Family Room, available to four families with young children. The doors between the Chapel and the Sanctuary will be open to allow families to participate in the service. Coloring activities will be available, in individual bags, for children to use while sitting with their family at a table. Each table is placed six feet away from the others, and the windows will be open for ventilation. ORDER OF SERVICE: Although the hymnals have returned to the pews, the restrictions on group singing remain. Due to concerns about COVID-19 transmission, there will not be group singing during the worship service. Eun will play the organ and a soloist or duet, who have been vaccinated, may sing at the front of the sanctuary. Pre-packaged, single-use Communion will be available during the first Sunday of the month. At this time, Fellowship Hour is on pause. VIDEO FOR LATER VIEWING: This service is recorded and edited for later viewing. FOR PARENTS OF CHILDREN OR YOUTH: If your children or youth, with your consent, are willing to be filmed participating in the Worship Service for the Vimeo live uploads, please sign the attached release form and return it to the office, or present it to a Staff member at the Worship Service.
