New Hope UCC You don’t have to believe the “right” things to belong here. New Hope offers you a rare kind of welcome. Worship with us every Sunday at 10:00 am.

One that isn’t contingent on certainty, conformity, or past church experience. New Hope UCC is Rooted in love, GROWING in faith, and WELCOMING all. Sunday School for 3-year-olds through 8th grade most Sundays is currently on hiatus due to COVID. Our Food Pantry is open to the community on Tuesdays and Saturdays from 10 am - 12 pm. Right now, you are able to come get food once a week. We also acce

pt donations of canned food and dried goods, if you would like to donate. Food can be dropped off at the church office week days between 9 am - 2 pm., during the pantry hours or we can make special arrangements, if needed. If you know of a business or group that would like to hold a food drive, please reach out and let us know. Tower Hill Camp and Retreat Center - RESERVE YOUR SPOT & Sign up by 7/12. We are planning a churchwide intergenerational retreat at Tower Hill Camp and Retreat Center in Sawyer Michigan for August 7th-9th, 2026. The cost to attend is $155 per person (with a max cost of $350 per family). The deadline to sign up & make at least a deposit of $50 is 7/12 so that we know what buildings are needed & have a financial commitment from everyone. The total cost is due by 7/26. Payments can be made via a check to New Hope. Please earmark your payment "Intergenerational Retreat." If you have any questions, please see Jimmy Werner, Mary Weierman, or Deb Petkus. New Hope wants to introduce our church to the community! We will be walking in the Oak Lawn 4th of July Parade on Saturday June 27th at 10am. We need your help with this quick turn around time! You can help by bringing small wrapped candy to church this Sunday, or donate money towards candy. We also need volunteers to walk in the parade, hand out candy, & decorate! Can we count on you? It will be a lot of fun! Let’s share New Hope with our community in celebration of our Nation’s 250th anniversary! For donations, volunteering, or questions, please reach out to Renee or Kathy. During the Month of June, Missions Committee is collecting donations for The Treasure Chest Foundation. Donation location is in the narthex. Please Help Fill up the Treasure Chests!

The Treasure Chest Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to bringing comfort and distraction from painful procedures to children and teens diagnosed with cancer by providing toys, gifts and gift cards through our Treasure Chests.
