St. Paul's Lutheran Church- Oak Hill, New York St. Paul’s was one of over 10,000 congregations that make up the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Unfortunately, as of April 24, 2022, St.

Permanently closed.

We were part of eight churches that make up the Tri-County Lutheran Parish and include churches in Greene, Rensellear, and Columbia counties. Paul's has closed. As a small, rural, elderly church we were unable to continue as a congregation. We appreciate all the prayers and support we have received over the years. Thanks to our Parish and the Community of Oak Hill for all the love you have shared with us.

Sad news to share. Long time member of St. Paul’s, Walter Schloen, has passed away. Walter was a kind and generous man, always had a smile for anyone and everyone. Thanks to Pastor Arlene and the people of the Durham-Oak Hill UMC for welcoming him into their community after we closed our doors.
