I grew extra neck pumpkins to share with you.
Great for pumpkin pie, pumpkin roll, pumpkin bread, pumpkin cheesecake, pumpkin soup, pumpkin butter (like apple butter),
pumpkin curry, mock sweet potatoe casserole, & pumpkin chili (minced).
Heirloom variety, seeds can be saved to grow your own next spring.
For food use only (not for decoration purposes)

Preparedness class alert!
If you would be interested in a preparedness class covering seasonal topics: wild edibles, seed identification, seed saving, & preparedness topics, please indicate your availibity in comments.
I am hoping to offer a class on a weekday morning, but I need a guage on when people might be available.

Each class gathering can run 1-2 hours. Please potty before leaving your house, as I don't have a porta potty in the budget, and my guard dog will be in the house.

Please note that I love children, but this is not a child friendly environment ( electric fense animals etc), and difficult subject matter will likely be discussed.
Ages 18 & over only
Release of liability waiver will be required.

Please comment days and hours you are available to meet & how many would be in your car, as parking is limited.
