One of our members is hosting some children from Uganda, who sing in the Imani youth choir. Can’t wait till Watoto gets to come back to Oak Harbor Lutheran.

A few fun facts about Joseph: He loves to eat (a lot). His favorite hobby is playing with toys. And his best friend is Aaron.

He was rescued as a baby. Now he’s growing up at Watoto and he’s having the time of his life. Here, he’s learning about Jesus, going to school, and receiving everything he needs to become a future leader. Thanks for making this possible.

Watoto is a life-giving church that celebrates Christ and cares for community. Every week we gather in person throughout Uganda and South Sudan. And as we gather to sing, dance, and hear the encouraging and life-changing word of God, we know we are also called to care for those around us. So, as a church we will continue to encourage, inspire, and reach the lost with the love of Christ as we rebuild this beautiful Africa, together.
