One becomes the current Governor of Maryland and the other is serving a life sentence in prison. Discover how despite their similarities, (and not just their names!) their lives had drastically different outcomes. Join us on Tuesday, March 11 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the church basement. (We make it very cozy!) Light refreshments will be provided.

The December pick for the St. John’s Book Club is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus. This fiction novel tells the story of Elizabeth Zott, a chemist turned cook show host who uses her platform to not only teach cooking, but how to never limit yourself despite adversity. Join us on Tuesday, December 10 from 6:00pm to 7:00pm in the church basement. Don’t worry if you can’t finish the book because there is a TV adaptation on Apple TV+ and we’d still love your company! Food and beverages will be provided.
