In the Faith Factory Ministry, we are preparing to start something new and exciting! Beginning this weekend, we will launch Hyfi–a new curriculum to reach the next generation–by Lifeway.

Why Hyfi?
Kids are growing up in a world where they are longing for belonging and want to know who they are. We want them to learn at an early age who God is and what that means when it comes to identity and belonging. A solid foundation on the truth of the gospel combined with a safe and engaging environment where all kids feel welcomed and cared for will make room for them to explore, learn, and grow in a way that will impact them for a lifetime.

We can’t wait to start Hyfi!

Welcome to week 2 of our December 2024 lessons. THIS MONTH OUR ELEMENTARY THEME IS “CHRISTMAS PLAYLIST” THE CHOICE IS YOURS’ and 0ur virtue is “CHRISTMAS”, CELEBRATING JESUS, GOD’S GREATEST GIFT.” Have you ever stopped to listen to a group of carolers and then joined them to go spread some more Christmas cheer with others? Music is such a big part of Christmas, but it’s not the main reason we celebrate. It’s easy to get distracted with all the lights, presents, and traditions that sometimes we forget it’s not about the things we do, but Who we do it for and why we do it. That’s why this December, we’re singing loudly as we jam out to our Christmas Playlist to celebrate Jesus, God’s greatest gift! The best gift God ever gave was Jesus. Because of Jesus, it’s possible for us to have a relationship with God that will last forever. As we get in the mix this Christmas season, let’s take time to remember the reason we celebrate in the first place: Jesus, the greatest gift the world has ever known.

This week we will be learning about An Angel Appears to Mary and Joseph Luke 1:26-38, Matthew 1:18-25

Our bottom line is " Celebrate because God is with you.”
Our elementary memory verse for December is: “She will give birth to a son, and you are to give him the name Jesus, because he will save his people from their sins.” Matthew 1:21 OUR TODDLER’S THRU 1ST GRADE THEME IS: “SHOW AND TELL” Show and Tell is always a favorite. Children have so much fun looking for the most special thing they can find to show their friends, and what each child shares helps teachers and friends get to know them a little bit better by seeing what is most valuable to them. This month, we’re taking a look at the ultimate Show and Tell. God showed the world how much He loves us by giving us Jesus. That is what we celebrate at Christmas, and that is what we will continue to show the world through our actions and tell with our words.
This week we will be learning about the “Jesus Is Born from Luke 2:1-7and our STORY FOCUS IS: Jesus is born to show the world that God loves us.
Our Pre-K through Kindergarten memory verse for December is:
“GOD HAS GIVEN A SON TO US” ISAIAH 9:6

Faith Factory Lessons, November 6, 2024
Welcome to week 1 of our November 2024 lessons. THIS MONTH OUR ELEMENTARY THEME IS “SPECIAL DELIVERY” THE CHOICE IS YOURS’ and 0ur virtue is “GENEROSITY”, Making someone’s day by giving something away.” Jesus said, “It is more blessed to give than to receive.” (Acts 20:35, NIrV) However, sometimes generosity doesn’t come naturally to us. We want the newest and best things, or we want everyone to notice what we have. When we really enjoy the things we have, sometimes that makes it harder for us to be willing to share with others. However, with the help of God’s Spirit, we can learn that HOW we give is more important than even WHAT we give. It’s about our hearts. God showed us the ultimate example of generosity by sending Jesus. This month, we’ll take a look at how we can respond by being generous to others.

This week we will be learning about “Every Good and Perfect Gift” From James 1:17a
Our bottom line is "God gives us good things”
Our elementary memory verse from for November is:
“Every Good and Perfect Gift is From God.” James 1:17a, NIRV
OUR TODDLER’S THRU 1ST GRADE THEME IS: “PUZZLE PIECES” Puzzles are a lot of fun. Who doesn’t love a good peg puzzle? The cow goes in the cow shape. The pig goes in the pig shape. Easy, peasy! But as we get older, puzzles can become a lot more difficult, and it can be hard to know where each piece goes. We all face difficult circumstances that are way bigger than what we can handle. It’s in those times that God wants us to trust Him with all our hearts and say, “God’s got it!” We don’t have to have all the pieces or know where they all go. All we need to know is that God sees the big picture and God’s got it. Our job is to trust God and take it one piece at a time. So, whether it’s needing help with a big job, knowing which way to go, not having what we need, or talking to God about anything . . . God can handle it, because God’s got it!
This week we will be learning about the “Burning Bush” From exodus 3:1-18 and our story focus is: “I can trust God.”
Our Pre-K thru Kindergarten memory verse for November is:
“TRUST IN THE LORD WITH ALL YOUR HEART” PROVERBS 3:5.
