If you’ve been checking out 2Rivers and wondering what it really looks like to get connected, Discovering 2Rivers is for you.

This is more than just an event, it’s a space designed for you to experience the heartbeat of our church in a personal and meaningful way. You’ll hear how God is moving in and through 2Rivers, meet some of our leaders, and get a clearer picture of what it looks like to take your next step in your faith journey.

We’ve also created this environment to be relaxed and open, so you can ask questions, have real conversations, and feel at home as you explore what it means to belong here.

And yes… there’s great food too. We’ll start serving at 12:45pm, so come hungry and ready to connect.

Am I living for what’s eternal… or what’s temporary?

Most spiritual drift doesn’t happen all at once. It happens subtly—one compromise, one distraction, one misplaced desire at a time.

In Ephesians 5:3–7, Paul challenges us to take an honest look at our hearts. Are we setting our minds on what lasts forever, or are we becoming consumed with things that won't matter in eternity?

This weekend, we wrestled with some important questions to challenge ourselves with over the next 30 days:

• Where have you drifted?
• What lie have you believed?
• What desire has become disordered?
• What have you learned to tolerate that the Holy Spirit is gently putting His finger on today?

God’s conviction is never meant to shame us—it’s meant to lead us back to Him. His grace invites us to realign our hearts, reorder our desires, and live with eternity in view.

Today, take a moment to pause and ask: Are my choices reflecting what I value most? Am I living for what is eternal or what is temporary?

The good news is that wherever you've drifted, God's grace is always calling you home.

Before our direction changes, our hearts are often pulled by subtle lies and misplaced desires and in Ephesians 5, Paul challenges us to recognize the currents that can slowly move us away from God's best.
