What another amazing AWANA Grand Prix we had last week! A fun fact that I just found out about is that Hope's AWANA program has been putting on the Grand Prix for at LEAST the last 40 years and we've been using the same track all those years AND the track was made by a couple gentlemen from our church! How special!! I had no idea, but thought it would be fun to share!

Our AWANA clubbers were having our own little SOUPerbowl party this week by dressing up in any sports gear and collecting canned goods/items for our local food pantry. The clubbers amaze me by how generous they are!! What a great reminder that you can serve and show God’s love to people no matter your age!

Last week at AWANA we started collecting toys for the Our Hands, His Heart ministry who is putting together a container to send over to kids in Africa. Our clubbers were excited to be able to contribute to this mission and provide toys to these kids. Couldn’t be more proud of our clubbers this year!

We had a blast getting in the spirit of Thanksgiving this week at AWANA! We started with a mini Thanksgiving feast where we all got to sit together, share snacks, and chat about all that we are thankful for. We then put what we are thankful for on pumpkins and decorated them. Check out the church foyer windows and read about all the things our clubbers are thankful for! We are thankful for all of them!!
