As I read my husband’s devotional for today, the word TRUST resonated in my spirit, I pray as you read this devotion that God will be present in your midst and remind you that you are not alone!
Day 22 “ We’re So Blessed”

Ps 84:12
“LORD Almighty, blessed is the one who trusts in you.”

We are so blessed Saints,
We serve An Almighty God who loves us and cares for us.
We can actually go to bed and rest with confidence knowing that all things works for good for those who love the Lord. we don’t lose sleep and stay up all night worrying about how we are going to do this or do that.

Personal Testimony:
Few weeks ago I was praying and looking up some scriptures, I was not feeling it. Normally during my time with The Lord in my devotional, I can feel His Presence and I get all hyped up and excited as Im reading His Word.
But that morning I was not feeling it, almost 3 hours had passed and I was not getting nothing. I was feeling disappointed and discouraged and on top of that I was concerned about some things, so I started heading back to bed, when I heard the Voice of The Holy Spirit saying; “TRUST ME LEE”
Immediately It put a smile on my face knowing that My Lord is with me and everything is going to be alright.
PEOPLE OF GOD I STILL HOLD ON TO THOSE WORDS!
I will never let no devil from hell steal those words from my heart!
I trusting in my Lord my Savior no matter what! Thank You Lord..

[WHY SHOULD WE TRUST GOD SAINTS?]

1. GOD IS WORTHY OF OUR TRUST
Numbers 23:19
“God is not a man, that he should lie, nor a son of man, that he should change his mind. Does he speak and then not act? Does he promise and not fulfill?”

2. GOD HAS PROVEN HIMSELF TO BE TRUST WORTHY
Ps 106:48
“Blessed be the LORD, the God of Israel, from everlasting to everlasting! And let all the people say, “Amen!” Praise the LORD!

Isaiah 25:1
“LORD, you are my God; I will exalt you and praise your name, for in perfect faithfulness you have done wonderful things, things planned long ago.

3. WE HAVE NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE BUT TO TRUST OUR GOD:
Jer 17:7-8
7.”But blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.
8.”They will be like a tree planted by the water that sends out its roots by the stream. It does not fear when heat comes; its leaves are always green. It has no worries in a year of drought and never fails to bear fruit.”

Conclusion
That is why i say, we’re so blessed.
We are not alone , God is with us.
And if God is with us, who can be against us. We are truly blessed.
We can trust in God in everything for everything. In Jesus Name!

I heard the Spirit of the Living God saying to my heart “ just Hold on a little longer “” trust in my promises “ And know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose…. I don’t always understand why but I will TRUST!!!

Heard this song “walking Free” and reminded me of the word Mercy. “compassion or forgiveness shown toward someone whom it is within one's power to punish or harm.” I remember countless times committing a wrong and needed the prayer and Mercy from God , those affected by my actions ,friends and loved ones.. it wasn’t a way out or excuse by any means… I Thank God for those that gave mercy on my behalf.. I suffered the consequences of my choices and prayed“ grant me mercy” let’s grant mercy to those in need of it, who knows we might need it one day!

I was reading the passage this morning where while Paul was in prison he told Timothy “come before winter”, scholars say Timothy set out to see Paul but by the time Timothy got to where Paul was , Paul had already died… how many times do our children long for us to spend time with them” with arms up saying hold me, spend time with me, or our parents reminisce about “ wish you were still little” or they say “ spend time with them now “ because once we grow up and move away some don’t come around much.. or that husband or wife that didn’t spend time with each other and when an illness suddenly takes them we wish we would have spent time together…we are at a crossroad in life, what we choose may not be reversible… “choose how to spend your time wisely..”come before winter”. This touches home!

It’s the season of growth! “1 cor 3:6. I planted the seed, Apollos watered it, but God has been making it grow.” Come out to O’Donnell TX and join us for a time to celebrate with great music ,word & testimonies and prayer over our children, the teachers etc as they return to school!! Bring your lawn chair, umbrella , mosquito spray ( literally) any donations for water bottles , refreshments would be greatly appreciated!!! See you there!
