Adult Sunday School will be watching the BBC comedy series Rev April 19-May 17. This comedy brings up many aspects of church life that are funny and should provide ample topics for discussion. 9am in Zwingli Hall.

Thank you all for your donations to the Washington UCC brown bag lunch program. I don’t have numbers, but we filled the van this year. A few times a week, this lunch feeds up to 70 people.

March 29, Palm Sunday: The Zion Chancel Choir will perform the Cantata God So Loved by Pepper Choplin. Wave your palms and shout your Hosannas!

April 2, Maundy Thursday: We will have a simple soup supper along with communion and reflection on the last supper. 6 p.m. in Founder’s Hall.

April 3, Good Friday: We will have a Tenebrae service of readings, prayer, and hymns. Come contemplate Christ’s death on the cross. 7 p.m. in the sanctuary.

April 5, Easter: He is risen! Come celebrate the miracle of the resurrection. The choir will perform two anthems, and a wonderful brass quartet will accompany our singing.

On March 29, the choir will perform Pepper Choplin's Cantata God so loved. With a contemporary feel and rhythm, the choir will sing the theme of God's love highlighted in every step of Jesus' journey to the cross. 10:30 am. Brunch to follow.
