Ladies, I am late with reporting on our "Tea, Toast, & Talk" a couple of Saturdays ago. Our topic of nutritional healing was introduced by Andrea encouraging and relating to us that we need to first check our spiritual health. How is our walk with the Lord? Spiritual health is most important.
Then Sharon helped us by explaining three easy and simple ways to get started in physical health. 1. Bring your body back into a normal PH range. Diseases thrive on acidic or highly alkaline ranges. (1/2 fresh lemon in a small juice glass of warm water first thing in the morning helps to bring your body back to "normal") 2. Cleanse your body from worms and parasites. Uggh! We have them, too? Yes, and getting rid of them will increase your bodies ability to process and retain good minerals and vitamins. 3. Stay hydrated and deep breathe. Our bodies need water and oxygen.
We covered a lot more and if you are interested contact us. We will gladly answer what we have learned or point you in a good direction. It was a great discussion time and we look forward to meeting again as we didn't get far into herbs, spices, and foods that help the healing process.
