Some pictures from our church picnic today.

Tomorrow, June 14th, our church service will be held at Mohegan Park. The service will be held at the Group Pavillion, starting at 11:30, followed by our annual picnic. Parking is across the street from the pavillion. If you are bringing a salad or something else that needs to be kept cool, you are encouraged to bring it in a cooler. And please bring a serving spoon if one is required. The weatherman is predicting a nice day, so hope to see you all there!

Fort Shantok was a peaceful place for our 2 mile walk today. We saw other “families” out walking too.

Our walking group did laps at Fontaine Field this morning, ahead of the rain 🌧️. We would love to have some more people join us on Tuesday. Watch your email for a time and place!

Four of us braved the heat and walked several laps at the dog park this morning. Hope to see some more faces next time!

On Earth Day, Pastor Jacqueline attended a prayer breakfast at the state capitol. Governor Lamont welcomed everyone and Pastor Jean Fritz followed with an opening prayer.

FBC volunteers served a delicious meal and provided some Christian fellowship at the Norwich Community Meal on a recent Sunday.

We hope to see everyone tomorrow at 10:30 for our Easter service. There will be a special children’s moment, a song from our choir, beautiful flowers and Pastor Jacqueline’s message “Jesus Has Risen!”
