Northeast Community Church

Northeast Community Church Northeast Community Church is about restoring lives through the love and life-giving message of Jesus Christ. We hope that you’ll become part of the story.

Together, we’re pursuing the kind of church described in the Bible – a church that regularly gathers in worship, lovingly connects in relationship and generously shares in giving of ourselves. We’re seeking to be a conduit of restoration in our community; reconciling people to God and one another so that each one lives life to the fullest as a follower of Jesus Christ. Simply put, we’re a church t

hat centers on the person and mission of Jesus. For us the church is a movement not an institution and every believer is commissioned by God. We aspire to be a community that’s growing and dynamic, multiplying Christ followers – just like the early church. Most of all, we want to see lives restored as our neighbors come to know and experience the life-giving message of Jesus, find hope and joy in Him, and join us in our mission.

Pastor Thomas' Sunday sermon focused on UNITY >>>> Unity is not uniformity. Unity and coming together is not everyone playing the same note on the same instrument. They tune to the ONE.☝ And in that diversity comes something beautiful and powerful. So it is with the church. There should be diversity among us. It should be part of the beauty that makes the church harmonize and sound wonderful to the world. 🌎

Jesus taught very powerfully and emphatically that love for one another is the mark of who we are as Christians. Jesus created a community, an ecclesia, and said that as His followers, we would be known in and throughout the world by our love for one another. It's not optional. It's not elective. It's a command from the ONE we follow. ☝ We are the church and God is calling us to LOVE one another.🤍

You shall receive POWER! Pastor Manny was dropping some truth bombs 🔥 this past Sunday about the vastness of God's love 🤍 for us and how we can be a witness of that love to those in our life. The Bible says that there is power when we share our testimony with others... so how will you witness to those around you? It doesn't mean that we live perfect lives, but if we allow the Holy Spirit to empower us, we will be empowered to live a life beautiful enough that people ask questions.
