Knights of Columbus Knight at the Ballpark!

Six members of our Assembly enjoyed a great night out at Dunkin’ Park as part of the Knights of Columbus Connecticut District 4th Degree gathering.

Some of us cheered on the Hartford Yard Goats as they took on the Somerset Patriots, the Double-A affiliate of the New York Yankees. A wonderful evening of fellowship, baseball, and brotherhood! ⚾️🇺🇸

A day of service became a lasting tribute in Norwalk as volunteers from House of Heroes Connecticut, Knights of Columbus Bishop Fenwick Assembly 100, and Greenwich Hospital came together to honor the memory of U.S. Army veteran Ira Jack Gaylinn by helping his widow, Marlene.

In just one day, volunteers repaired and painted the deck, installed a section of fence, and completed extensive yard work, restoring the home Ira took such pride in maintaining. The project was a powerful reminder that the sacrifices of our veterans and the families who stand beside them are never forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who gave their time, talent, and heart to make a difference. Together, we continue to honor those who served by caring for those they loved. St. Matthew Church House of Heroes Connecticut KofC CT District 4th Degree

On behalf of the Knights of Columbus Bishop Fenwick 4th Degree Assembly 100, thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this year’s Patriot Dinner such a tremendous success. Your generosity, fellowship, and support made for an unforgettable evening celebrating our veterans and community.

The evening began with the 4:00 PM Mass, where our Assembly 100 Color Corps proudly provided the Honor Guard. We extend our sincere thanks to Father Miguel for his beautiful and inspiring homily, which set a meaningful tone for the evening.

We are proud to announce that, together, we raised $2,000 for House of Heroes Connecticut, helping support veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country.

A heartfelt thank you goes to all of our Brother Knights who worked tirelessly with the setup, serving our guests, and cleaning up afterward. Your dedication and teamwork are what made this event possible.

A special thank you to our Color Corps for the beautiful and dignified Presentation of the Colors during the dinner.

We would also like to extend our sincere appreciation to Heather and Mia Ribellino for their outstanding help throughout the event. Your willingness to serve was truly appreciated.

Our deepest gratitude goes to Father Frank Hoffmann, Pastor of St. Matthew Church, and the entire St. Matthew staff for their continued hospitality, support, and partnership in making this event such a success.

Thank you as well to the Mulkerin School of Irish Dance for a wonderful performance that added so much enjoyment to the evening.

Most importantly, thank you to everyone who purchased tickets, donated, participated in the raffle, and supported this worthy cause. Together, we are making a real difference in the lives of our veterans.
Special thanks to Brother Jetmir, owner of Leonardo’s Pizza for preparing a delicious meal.
