Pantry of Hope Pantry of Hope, a local nonprofit food bank opened its doors on Thursday, August 9 to serve the northern Jefferson and southern Atchison county communities.

The goal of Food for Pantry is to provide free food to those in need, while working to eliminate hunger and food insecurity in Nortonville, Valley Falls, Wi******er, Effingham, Lancaster, Potter and Cummings areas. Participating Churches:

We are planning an "Artists Feeding Neighbors" food drive for November 22nd at the Cultural Center! Please consider donating to our drive and if you are an artist (or art advocate) that is interested in helping, email Molly Porter about volunteering - [email protected]

You can drop off your donations to the Muchnic Gallery from Wednesday - Sunday before 5 pm or you can bring them to the Cultural Center from 10 am - 4 pm from Thursday - Saturday. We will accept donations until November 20th. Thank you!
