What brings you to church each week?

Weekly church attendance is dropping, but the case for showing up is strong. Here are 10 honest reasons I still go to church every Sunday.

Join us next week for our first potluck and game night of the summer! Bring a shareable dish and a favorite board game (time to show off those sweet Jenga skills!). Use the upper parking lot doors to meet in the chapel.

Our new Grace Space is installed and will be available through the summer on a trial basis!
We will be gathering feedback from congregation members during this trial to help us decide if it will become a permanent part of our sanctuary.

To learn more, watch the replay of the July 5th service on YouTube (at around 29 mins) to hear the Grace Space moment for mission, or reach out to children's ministry director Rachel Lunning.

The man, the myth, the legend! Sunday marks the 323rd birthday of the founder of Methodism, John Wesley. Outside of church reform, Wesley and his brother John were prolific hymn writers, and their music is sung to this day in churches around the world. As he grew older, Wesley frequently wrote on his birthday and used the occasion to reflect and give thanks for his life and faith.
When do you take time to reflect on your faith life?

Join Rev. Margie tonight and Rev. Sarah in July at the patio on The Path, outside the chapel near the waterfall. Newcomers, neighbors, and guests (high school and above) are encouraged. Rain in the forecast? We’ll move to the chapel!

During Pride Month, we recognize and support our LGBTQ friends and neighbors.

In worship, all are invited to wear or share a Rainbow Cross (available in the lobby by the sanctuary doors). The rainbow has been used in Christian symbolism as a sign of God’s faithfulness. It has been used as a symbol for the LGBTQ community since 1978 at the San Francisco pride parade.

Happy Pride!
