Our building will be closed tomorrow, Thursday, August 27, as we will be without water for several hours due to a water main installation right outside of our building. As a result, all in-person church activities for tomorrow are canceled. We will re-open at 8:30 a.m. on Friday, August 28. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are proud to have a Well Wayne Station outside our building. It is located across from Starbucks, right next to our Blessings Box (outside the Sanctuary doors facing Church Street). We are thankful to be an access point for lifesaving supplies!

Wayne County's Well Wayne Stations distributed 36,000+ naloxone kits while expanding equitable access to overdose prevention resources.

Calling young voices ages 5–14: We are excited for the return of our Oakway Children's Choir! Our fall semester will run from September 8 to December 15, with weekly rehearsals in our sanctuary from 6–7 p.m. on Tuesdays. New this year, we are offering the ability for children to drop in to any of the first three sessions at no charge to get a feel for the choir before signing up for the entire semester.

Our phones and internet are back up and running! Thank you to everyone for your patience while we were down. We are thankful to the crew from WOW who worked hard to repair our fiberoptic cable!

With construction all around us, our fiberoptic cable for the internet was accidentally cut, and we are still without internet, data, and phones. Our internet company will continue to work today to try to fix the problem. Until then, thank you for your patience. If you need to reach the office, stop by, try staff members’ personal cell phones, or email. Some may check email from their smartphones.
