Moody and his contemporaries believed that the church was in need of revival. In his final call in 1899, Dwight Moody invited “all of God’s people who are interested in the study of His Word, in the development of their own Christian lives, in a revival of the spiritual life of the Church, in the conversion of sinners, and in the evangelization of the world.” The D. Moody Center exists to echo thi

s call. We echo that call onsite at the same property and in the same auditorium where D. Moody held the Northfield Conferences and online through The Shine Bright Project. Whether online or on-site at Northfield, we encourage and resource God’s people to pray, study, worship, and follow the promptings of the Holy Spirit. Moody’s ministry in Northfield represents a crucial aspect of his legacy in today’s world. We need revival. We desire to see what God will do when the members of his body consecrate themselves fully to him. We invite you to visit Northfield and to participate in Go Dark, Shine Bright and the other aspects of The Shine Bright Project. Invest in yourself and in God’s people by contributing to the D. Moody Center’s mission of challenging, convening, and preparing God’s people so that “the Holy Spirit, may shine fully through us.”
