he Hymn "One Bread, One Body" and corresponding offertory procession have been a beloved tradition at our Graduation Mass over the years but was particularly impactful for this Confirmation Class, the graduation class of 1992.
⁣
The students in this class had lost a classmate and a beloved teacher and they were invited by Father Jim to participate in the offertory procession at their funerals and then at their graduation Mass. Out of their sorrow this beautiful offertory procession became a tradition here at Saint Rose and a special opportunity for the students to participate in.
"And we, though many, throughout the earth, we are one body in this one Lord."
