Hiding from God is something most of us have tried at one point or another. We stop praying, stop showing up, stop thinking about him — and somewhere in the back of our minds we hope maybe he'll just forget about us too. He won't. He never does. His thoughts toward you are too many to count. And his plan for you is for your good, not for harm. Full message on YouTube: https://youtu.be/fQfTGXHCDGo

When things aren't right between us and God, most of us do one of two things — hide, or pick a fight. But God never stops thinking about you. Full message: https://youtu.be/fQfTGXHCDGo

If you've been waiting until you feel worthy enough to come back to God — this is for you. You were never meant to clean yourself up first. That's not how grace works. Jesus didn't wait for you to get it together. He stepped in when you couldn't. That's the good news we came to church to celebrate Sunday morning. Read Romans 5:1–5 and watch the full message at https://youtu.be/fQfTGXHCDGo

Have you ever told yourself, "I need to get my life together before I go back to church"? That's one of the enemy's favorite lies. You don't clean yourself up — Jesus already did. Watch the full message at https://youtu.be/fQfTGXHCDGo

Praying for Landyn’s family these days.

Praying for Landyn’s family these days.

It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic loss of JCHS junior, Landyn Porter.

Landyn was a valued member of the JCHS Football program throughout his high school career and will be remembered by his teammates, teachers, and friends for the impact he made on our school community.

To support students and staff during this difficult time, JCHS will open the Commons on Wednesday, June 17, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. School counselors and local clergy members will be available to offer support, guidance, and a compassionate listening ear to anyone who may need assistance.

Students planning to attend should enter through Door I, located in the back parking lot.

As we mourn this heartbreaking loss, we ask our entire community to keep Landyn’s family, friends, teammates, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers. Your kindness, support, and compassion will be deeply appreciated in the days and weeks ahead.

Please remember that this is a private family matter.

TEN kiddos tonight praying for salvation at VBS! After a brief talk about baptism after our altar time, we have several more who want to be baptized!
Praising the Lord!
Thank you, Amanda Waldo, for spearheading Bible School for our kiddos this year!

Most people stay quiet about their faith because they feel like they're not ready — not trained enough, not knowledgeable enough, not eloquent enough. But Jesus didn't send Matthew out with a theology degree. He just said follow me. And Matthew had a story. That's enough. What has God been doing in your life lately that's worth talking about?

Ask Jesus who to tell
What if you prayed this one prayer before you left the house tomorrow?
"Jesus — who do you want me to tell the story to today?"
I have a feeling that's the kind of prayer he's really eager to answer.

You don't have to manufacture a gospel conversation. You just have to be present, be open, and actually want to know how someone's doing. The questions are already there. Sometimes all it takes is one person willing to listen.
