While we missed the opportunity to gather outdoors with friends and family for our traditional concert, we are incredibly thankful that we were still able to perform and capture the concert for everyone to enjoy. A heartfelt thank you to our incredible ensemble leaders for their flexibility and grace as they adapted to the changing weather, leading our campers in a beautiful performance that gave all the glory to God.

What an incredible week of praising God through music!

From joyful rehearsals to unforgettable moments of laughter, friendship, and spiritual growth, it was a week filled with blessings. We are so grateful for each camper and the opportunity to grow together in faith.

Thank you to our families for your patience and understanding as we navigated the challenges of the wildfire smoke. We'll be sharing the concert video soon, and photos from the week will be posted here over the coming days. Once they're all ready, we'll also share a link to the full photo gallery.

Thank you for entrusting your campers to us. We are praying that they continue to grow closer to Christ and remain strong in their faith.

Dear Music Camp Families,

Out of an abundance of caution, we have decided to change our plans for Friday evening. Rather than holding the concert and worship service in person, we will record the concert and make it available through a private link following camp.

Please note the following updated check-out procedures for Music Camp 2026:

- Families may arrive between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. to check out their camper(s).
- Vehicles will be parked in the vale at the center of camp.
- After parking, please proceed to the Camp Store to pick up your check-out packet and any medications that need to be returned.
- From there, you may proceed to your camper’s cabin and transport their belongings to your vehicle.
- You are welcome to return to the Camp Store for any purchases and to spend time saying goodbye to campers and staff.
- When you are ready to depart, please drive to the Office area for final check-out. A staff member will scan your packet and verify your camper before you leave camp. We would like to conclude this process by 9:00 p.m.

We will distribute the private concert link through our e-mail list, just as we have used it for other camp communications. We anticipate making the recording available as soon as possible following camp and appreciate your patience as our staff completes the necessary processing and upload. Please continue to check the Camp website, lambec.org, for updates and information following camp.

If you have any questions, please email [email protected]. You may also call or text the number in the parent email. Please be aware that cell service at Lambec can be unreliable, and calls may occasionally be dropped or fail to connect.

Thank you for your understanding and flexibility as we seek to make decisions that prioritize the health and well-being of our campers, staff, and families.

It is a privilege to serve your children and to share this week of music, faith, and fellowship with them. Our prayer is that they will continue to grow in the knowledge and love of Jesus Christ throughout the coming year, and we look forward to welcoming them back for Music Camp 2027.

The past 24 hours have been filled with music, arts & crafts, softball, Capture the Flag, and worship. We woke up to a little bit of smoky air from the Canadian wildfires, but everyone is safe and we are continuing to have an amazing week!
