First Baptist Church of Smithfield is a small hometown Southern Baptist Church located in North Richland Hills, Texas with a rich heritage spanning back to our meager beginnings in 1895 on the Western Frontier of Texas. We align with the Baptist Faith and Message (2000) and cooperate with the Southern Baptists of Texas Convention. FBC Smithfield is devoted to preaching and teaching God's inerrant

and inspired Word, to fellowship, to the breaking of bread, and to prayer as outlined by the Book of Acts 2:42. Each Sunday at 10:45 AM, text-driven expository sermons from the Bible and leads the church to be Christ-centered as we live out the Great Commission. The church also has many activities for all ages and activity levels, from Life Groups to Men and Women's Ministry-Bible Studies to Student and Kids weekly groups. Our church has something for ever member of your family. We are servant minded towards our community. The church established the Main Street Manna Mobile Food Pantry: a ministry of the First Baptist Church of Smithfield in partnership with the Tarrant Area Food Bank in October 2019. Main Street Manna serves the Mid-Cities Area each month providing nourishment with dignity and respect to every family in need. We also partner with the Community Enrichment Center (CEC) and with Hands of Hope, a ministry to the homeless, here in Tarrant County. We hope you make plans to visit us soon.
