Pastor Ramon brought a timely word on Counting the Cost! Reminding us that following Jesus means trusting Him beyond what we can see, laying down our own plans, and choosing His way no matter the cost. In Children’s ministry our amazing volunteers taught the kids how to trust in the Lord and be courageous even when we are afraid.

Ever heard the term “nitpicking”?

Or as Jesus said in Matthew 24

“You blind guides who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel!”

Jesus was confronting religious leaders who had become obsessed with small faults while missing much bigger matters of the heart—justice, mercy, and faithfulness.
That is one of the dangers of a critical spirit: we can become so focused on correcting what is wrong in someone else that we fail to recognize what is becoming wrong within us.

What a beautiful morning together! We had a powerful time in worship, an incredible word from Pastor Ramon and Laura on breaking free from a critical spirit, and so many special moments with our church family.
