THURSDAY MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 44 “HE HIMSELF KNEW”

Scripture; “And this he said to prove him: for he himself knew what he would do.” John 6:6 KJV

Where Philip saw impossibility.
JESUS saw provision.

The disciples counted coins. The SAVIOR counted upon the power of the FATHER.

John Gill observed that CHRIST never asked because He lacked wisdom, but to strengthen the faith of His followers.

Listen carefully, there are moments when GOD places us where human ability ends. It is
there that faith begins.

The Greek word translated “prove” is πειράζω (peirazō), meaning “to test or examine.”
YAHWEH does not test to make us fail. HE tests to reveal HIS faithfulness. How often have we worried while GOD already knew what HE would do?

Historical Reflection Signer #44

Thomas McKean

Thomas McKean endured constant danger throughout the Revolution yet remained steadfast in liberty’s cause.
Faithfulness is often measured during uncertainty.

Divine Providence

The LORD who fed Israel with manna now prepares bread for thousands through HIS SON. The GOD who provided yesterday still provides today.

TURNING POINTS FOR TODAY:

GOD already knows the answer.
Faith grows through testing.
Providence precedes provision.
JESUS is sufficient.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, FATHER, we pray that YOU strengthen our faith, even when we cannot see YOUR plan. ADONAI help us to trust that YOU already know what YOU will do, because YOUR plan is perfect. LORD we ask that YOU direct our path so that we may bring glory to YOUR HOLY NAME. In JESUS’ Name, Amen!

WEDNESDAY 06/17/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 43 “LIFT UP YOUR EYES”

Scripture: “When Jesus then lifted up his eyes, and saw a great company come unto him, he saith unto Philip, Whence shall we buy bread, that these may eat?” John 6:5 KJV

The crowds followed JESUS because they had seen miracles.
The blind had received sight. The lame had walked. The sick had been healed. Yet the greatest miracle was standing before them, and many failed to recognize Him. The miracle worker was Himself the Message.

John Gill reminds us that our LORD asked Philip this question not because He lacked knowledge, but to test and strengthen the faith of His disciples.

JESUS never asks a question because He needs information. He asks because we need transformation. Philip saw a problem. JESUS saw an opportunity. Philip counted resources. JESUS already possessed the answer.

How often do we measure life by our limitations instead of GOD’S unlimited power?

Charles Spurgeon observed that faith begins where human calculation ends.

Our LORD still lifts His eyes over a hungry world today. Millions seek satisfaction through wealth, entertainment, pleasure, politics, and power. Yet only CHRIST can satisfy the deepest hunger of the soul.

John Stott wrote that the Christian life is centered not merely upon receiving gifts from CHRIST, but upon receiving CHRIST Himself.

The greatest need of America is not political renewal. The greatest need is spiritual rebirth through the LORD JESUS CHRIST. HE is not merely the ONE who gives bread. HE IS the Bread.

Historical Reflection Signer #43

George Taylor

Born in Ireland, Taylor came to America with little earthly wealth but became a successful ironmaster and patriot. He signed the Declaration knowing full well the risks involved.

His life reminds us that ordinary people, under extraordinary providence, may accomplish eternal purposes beyond themselves.

Divine Providence

When the five loaves and two fishes were placed into the hands of JESUS, they became more than enough. Throughout Scripture, YAHWEH delights in taking what appears insignificant and multiplying it for HIS glory.

A shepherd’s staff. A widow’s oil.
A boy’s lunch. A rugged Cross.
Nothing placed into the hands of GOD is ever wasted. Providence is not coincidence.

Providence is the unseen hand of YAHWEH accomplishing HIS perfect will.

Turning Points For Today:

• JESUS tests faith in order to strengthen faith.
• CHRIST Himself is the Bread of Life.
• GOD’S resources are never exhausted.
• Divine Providence accomplishes what human strength cannot.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, FATHER GOD, lift our eyes above earthly concerns and fix them upon JESUS CHRIST, the Bread of Life. Strengthen our faith LORD when circumstances appear impossible.

Help us to trust YOUR providence and proclaim YOUR Gospel to a spiritually hungry world. We pray ABBA that our homes, our churches, and our nation seek not merely the miracles of CHRIST, but CHRIST Himself. In His Holy and precious Name we pray, Amen.

TUESDAY 06/16/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 42 “MOSES WROTE OF ME”

Scripture: “For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me: for he wrote of me.” John 5:46 KJV

JESUS closes this discourse with astonishing authority. The books of Moses testify of CHRIST. Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy. All point toward the coming Redeemer.

John Stott emphasized that the entire Bible forms one unified testimony centered upon JESUS CHRIST.

To all I tell you truth there are no disconnected stories in GOD’S HOLY WORD! One AUTHOR inspired them all. One SAVIOR fulfills them all. One Kingdom is advancing according to GOD’S eternal plan. As surely as ancient prophecy found fulfillment in CHRIST’S first coming, every remaining promise will be fulfilled at HIS return.

YAHWEH never changes. HIS HOLY WORD never fails. HIS Providence never sleeps.

Benjamin Rush

Physician, educator, and patriot, Rush believed that virtue and faith were indispensable to the health of a republic. He understood that liberty without moral character could not endure.

Divine Providence

From Abraham to Moses. From David to Bethlehem. From Calvary to the empty tomb. The hand of GOD has guided HIStory toward the fulfillment of redemption. There have never been accidents in the Kingdom of GOD. There are no coincidences.
There never will be.

Turning Points For Todsy:

1. Moses testified of CHRIST.
2. All Scripture points to the SAVIOR.
3. GOD’S prophecies are certain.
4. Divine Providence governs all of HIStory for the glory of YAHWEH and the advancement of HIS Kingdom.

LET US PRAY:

YAHWEH, LORD GOD, Strengthen our faith in YOUR unchanging WORD. Help us FATHER to trust YOUR sovereign hand in every circumstance and proclaim JESUS CHRIST until HE comes again. ABBA direct us with the power of YOUR HOLY SPIRIT, so that our lives bear faithful witness to YOUR truth. In the MIGHTY Name of JESUS, Amen.

MONDAY 06/15/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 41 “HOW CAN YE BELIEVE?”

Scripture: How can ye believe, which receive honour one of another?” John 5:44 KJV

Pride is often the greatest obstacle to faith. Look at me, look at what I have done. The Pharisees loved human praise more than GOD’S approval.

Matthew Henry observed that worldly honor blinds many from eternal truth.

Please listen carefully, read these words again, then read them again; ‘Pride can build a wall between you and ALMIGHTY GOD, selfish pride can destroy any chance at an intimate relationship with KING JESUS,’ the applause of men lasts moments. The approval of GOD lasts forever.

Historical Reflection Signer #41

Benjamin Harrison V

Harrison risked wealth and position because conviction outweighed comfort. According to the testimony of a gentleman who was a colleague in Congress, he was known for great firmness, good sense, and a peculiar sagacity in difficult and critical situations. In seasons of uncommon trial and anxiety, he was always steady, cheerful, and undaunted.

Divine Providence

Providence often humbles the proud before exalting the faithful.

Turning Points For Today:

1. Pride blinds the soul.
2. Humility welcomes truth.
3. GOD honors faithful obedience.
4. Providence opposes arrogance.

Let Us Pray;

YAHWEH, ALMIGHTY GOD, teach us to approach YOUR throne of grace with humility. Place in our hearts FATHER a desire for YOUR HOLY WORD, as we seek a deeper relationship. Lead, direct, guide, and chastise LORD as we follow YOUR HOLY SPIRIT. ABBA help us to be selfless servants. In the Name of JESUS we pray, Amen!

CALL TO WORSHIP SUNDAY 06/14/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 40 “ANOTHER SHALL COME”

Scripture: “If another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive.” John 5:43 KJV

People rejected the TRUE MESSIAH but welcomed false teachers. Listen carefully because nothing has changed. This evil world embraces; comfort over conviction, entertainment over holiness,
popularity over truth.

Spurgeon warned that false religion often attracts larger crowds because it asks less of sinners.

The true Gospel, the TRUTH, causes conviction , and still calls for repentance and faith. We are guilty, which calls for confession, repentance, and surrender. Renewal cannot happen without admitting our sin. We must become truly penitent.

Historical Reflection Signer #40

John Morton

Morton’s decisive vote helped Pennsylvania support independence. His involvement with the Declaration of Independence includes several key moments: The Deadlock: In early July 1776, Pennsylvania's seven delegates were split—three in favor of independence and three against it. The Decisive Vote: Morton, initially a political moderate who hoped for reconciliation with Britain, chose to cast his vote with the pro-independence faction. This broke the tie and allowed Pennsylvania to cast an affirmative vote for separation on July 4, 1776. One faithful decision altered history.

Divine Providence: GOD often uses one faithful servant to accomplish extraordinary purposes.

Turning Points For Today:

1. Truth is often rejected.
2. Falsehood often appears attractive.
3. One faithful life matters.
4. Providence works through obedience.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, LORD GOD, we ask HOLY FATHER that YOU give us discernment so that we remain faithful regardless of the world’s opinion. Help us to be true and honest in every aspect of our lives. To put our love and devotion to YOU before our own selfish desires, seeking always to further YOUR Kingdom, and to do YOUR will. ABBA direct our footsteps, so that we remain on the narrow path to righteousness. In the Name of YOUR only begotten SON, YESHUA, our MESSIAH we pray, Amen!

SATURDAY 06/13/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 39 “THE LOVE OF GOD”

Scripture: “Ye have not the love of God in you.” John 5:42 KJV

Religion without love for GOD becomes empty ritual. The Pharisees knew tradition but rejected the Messiah. Because of rote ritual they had lost the spiritual, intimate, and direct relationship that GOD wants with you. Spiritual, and personal relationship comes when you pray, worship, praise, and surrender to GOD’S sovereignty!

A. W. Tozer often warned that true worship flows from hearts captivated by GOD Himself.

Church attendance alone cannot save. Only CHRIST transforms the heart. We are called to congregate, but the coming together means nothing if you have not prepared your heart, mind, and spirit to receive the blessing that comes from congregational worship!

Historical Reflection Signer #39

Arthur Middleton

Middleton sacrificed wealth and security for conviction. True commitment always costs something. During the Revolutionary War, he fought as an officer in the local militia to defend Charleston. When the city fell to the British in 1780, he was captured as a prisoner of war and held in harsh conditions at St. Augustine, Florida, for nearly a year. After a prisoner exchange in 1781, he returned to the Continental Congress, subsequently serving in the South Carolina State Senate before retiring from politics

Divine Providence

Providence often strips away earthly comforts so hearts may seek eternal treasure.

Turning Points For Today:

1. Religion without CHRIST is empty.
2. GOD desires hearts, not rituals.
3. Sacrifice reveals conviction.
4. Providence draws hearts to eternity.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, we ask LORD GOD that YOU fill our hearts with genuine love for YOU. FATHER remove every pretense, forgive our sin, and failures so that we approach YOUR throne of grace with humility. ADONAI we pray for those that are lost, please LORD draw them in that they may know CHRIST JESUS as LORD and SAVIOR. In HIS Name we pray, Amen.

FRIDAY 06/12/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 38 “YE WILL NOT COME”

Scripture: “And ye will not come to me, that ye might have life.”John 5:40 KJV

What heartbreaking words. The problem was not lack of evidence. The problem was unwilling hearts. The Way stood before them, but lies filled their hearts and spirit. The Truth stood before them, yet darkness blinded them. Life eternal was offered, yet death and separation was chosen.

John Gill writes that sinners remain lost because they refuse CHRIST, not because CHRIST refuses them.

There are many who claim to know: the Bible, the Gospel, the Cross, the Resurrection, yet refuse surrender. The Way, The Truth, and Life stands ready. The invitation remains open today. The choice is yours.

Turning Points For Today:

CHRIST invites all to come.
Unbelief is a matter of the heart.
Life is uncertain.
GOD’S mercy continues today.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, we thank YOU for our LORD JESUS, as YOU draw lost souls to YOU while there is still time. Forgive us MIGHTY GOD, of our sins, and transgressions as preparing us to be salt and light for the glory of YOUR Kingdom. ABBA, we surrender to YOUR sovereign will. In JESUS’ Name we pray, Amen!

THURSDAY 06/11/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 37 “SEARCH THE SCRIPTURES”

Scripture: “Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.” John 5:39 KJV

The religious leaders possessed Scripture but missed the SAVIOR. They knew the words but failed to know the Word made flesh.

Matthew Henry observed that the Bible is the greatest witness to CHRIST because every page ultimately points toward HIM.

The mere reading of Scripture is not enough. When you open the HOLY BIBLE is your mind, heart, and spirit ready to receive the gift that is offered. Do you approach the Throne of GOD with reverence and awe. The HOLY BIBLE is where we must meet JESUS in its pages.

The same GOD who inspired all the Books and prophecy of the Old Testament also fulfilled it in Bethlehem. The same GOD who promised redemption fulfilled it at Calvary. There are no broken promises with YAHWEH.

Historical Reflection Signer #37

Abraham Clark

Clark sacrificed family security and endured hardship during the Revolution, trusting that liberty required perseverance. Two of his sons, enlistees in the Continental Army, were captured and held prisoner. He remained steadfast in his dedication to the cause.

Divine Providence

Throughout history, GOD has preserved His written Word despite persecution, war, and attempts to destroy it. Empires have fallen. The HOLY BIBLE remains.

Isaiah 40:8: “The word of our God shall stand for ever.”

Key Takeaways

1. Scripture always points to CHRIST.
2. GOD’S promises never fail.
3. Truth survives every generation.
4. Providence preserves HIS HOLY WORD.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, FATHER, LORD ALMIGHTY, thank YOU for these DIVINE WORDS in YOUR HOLY SCRIPTURE: “In the beginning was the WORD, and the WORD was with GOD, and the WORF was GOD.” Open our eyes LORD GOD that we may behold CHRIST in YOUR HOLY WORD.

Help us treasure Scripture above every earthly possession. ADONAI give us strength to stand, reverence, and proclaim YOUR HOLY WORD in our homes first. Revive our spirit as we then proclaim YOUR HOLY WORD to this lost world. ABBA we thank YOU for YOUR providence that is at work in every moment and every situation. In JESUS Holy Name, Amen.

WEDNESDAY 06/10/2026 MORNING DEVOTIONAL AND PRAYER DAY 36 “THE FATHER HIMSELF”

Scripture: “And the Father himself, which hath sent me, hath borne witness of me.” John 5:37 KJV

The greatest witness to JESUS is the FATHER HIMSELF. All of the gift of the HOLY Scripture points toward CHRIST. From Genesis to Revelation, YAHWEH testifies, “This is My Son.”

John Stott emphasized that Christianity stands or falls upon the identity of JESUS CHRIST.

If CHRIST is who HE claimed to be, then every person must respond. Listen there are no neutral positions regarding JESUS. Either HE is LORD,
or HE is rejected. Providence has arranged history around one central figure, JESUS CHRIST.

Kings rise and fall. Empires come and go. Nations flourish and fade. But CHRIST remains.

Historical Reflection Signer #36

Philip Livingston

A successful merchant who sacrificed personal comfort and security for the cause of independence. Livingston understood that some causes are greater than personal gain.

Divine Providence ‘The Hand Above History’

It is important as we approach America’s 250th year, let us remember, and reflect. The founders were not perfect men.
The nation is not a perfect nation. Yet throughout its formation we repeatedly observe moments where Divine Providence preserved what human wisdom alone could not sustain.

I personally believe that the United States of America was created by Divine Providence as that “City Upon the Hill”, and that this nation has a purpose ordained by the ALMIGHTY.

Ultimately, however, the greatest work of Providence is not the founding of a nation. It is the redemption of sinners through JESUS CHRIST. For this purpose we exist!

Turning Points For Today:

1. The Father testifies of the Son.
2. All Scripture points to CHRIST.
3. History ultimately centers upon JESUS.
4. Providence serves the purposes of GOD’S Kingdom.

Let Us Pray:

YAHWEH, FATHER GOD, Thank YOU LORD for YOUR sovereign hand in history and redemption.
Help us keep our eyes fixed upon JESUS CHRIST, the Author and Finisher of our faith.

Forgive this nation LORD GOD, so that this nation can be a beacon that draws lost souls to the ultimate freedom, which is salvation through CHRIST JESUS. May our lives glorify YOU ABBA, and advance YOUR Kingdom always. In JESUS’ Holy Name, Amen.
