Forever Free

Forever Free Christian recovery program founded on the biblical truth that freedom is promised in scripture. Without Him, true recovery and freedom cannot be achieved.

At Forever Free, we believe the one and only Higher Power is Jesus Christ. The pathway to recovery, which leads to peace and serenity, is paved by and grounded in a healthy relationship with Jesus. The foundation of this program is the Bible. We also utilize the 12 Steps as a familiar and effective path to experiencing freedom. By trusting in Jesus Christ and working this simple program, you can be Forever Free!

Is there someone you’ve hurt… but you’ve been avoiding because you don’t know how to make it right?

Maybe it’s a relationship you damaged.
Trust you broke.
Words you wish you could take back.
Or a conversation you know you need to have, but you’ve been afraid to have it.

You cannot rewrite your past, but by God’s grace, you can redeem it.

In this message, “Becoming a Peacemaker: The Courage to Make Amends,” we look at Step 9 through the powerful story of Onesimus... a man whose life was transformed by Jesus, but who still had to find the courage to turn around and face the person he had wronged.

You’ll discover five characteristics of biblical amends and what it really looks like to become a peacemaker:
• Pursue instead of avoid
• Own your part
• Seek to repair what was broken
• Leave the results with God
• Prepare the way for reconciliation

Making amends doesn’t mean you can control how someone responds. You can’t force forgiveness or guarantee reconciliation. Your responsibility is obedience. The outcome belongs to God.
If there’s a broken relationship in your past, or someone you know God may be calling you to make things right with, watch this message.

And remember: Forever Free® is for anyone ready to find freedom from the struggles, strongholds, and patterns that keep us stuck.

I had the privilege of speaking at the Substance Use Rehabilitation Service (SURS) Program at the Varner Unit this morning as part of Recovery Month.

A huge thank you to my friend Nicole Jenkins, Corrections Program Specialist, for the invitation and for the work she and her team are doing every day.

It was an honor to spend time with men who are taking meaningful steps toward recovery and a different future. I’m always grateful for opportunities to share a message of hope, freedom, and the truth that no life is beyond redemption.

Recovery is possible. Change is possible. Freedom is possible.
