2 Corinthians 4:1-6 (NKJV)
The Light of Christ’s Gospel
1 Therefore, since we have this ministry, as we have received mercy, we do not lose heart.
2 But we have renounced the hidden things of shame, not walking in craftiness nor handling the word of God deceitfully, but by manifestation of the truth commending ourselves to every man’s conscience in the sight of God.
3 But even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing,
4 whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them.
5 For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus’ sake.
6 For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

I encourage the Body of Christ to remember to not lose heart. Instead, stand strong in the truth you know and have found in Jesus. Remain connected to God's Word as good students and stewards of the Bible. Remember, as you share the Gospel, many people are blinded by the devil. When they reject salvation through Christ, they are not rejecting you. They are rejecting the truth because they are blinded by their lord. This should break our hearts and ignite compassion to pray and persist that they might have their eyes opened to the saving grace found in Jesus. Stick to proclaiming the truth found in the Old and New Testaments. Teach the cross, Christ crucified, His death, and His resurrection. Share the message that He is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. Remind them that faith in Jesus and repentance are gifts that restore mankind to their Creator.

In these last days, LET YOUR LIGHT SHINE and point people to JESUS so that they might find salvation!!!!!!!!

Words from a Pastor's heart.

If a person talks to you about another person in the church, leadership or not, and you do not listen to the other person to hear their side you have been played. It doesn't matter if that person telling you the information is your best friend or spouse.

The person sharing their side of the story should be speaking about restoration and healing for the person they are speaking about. If not, they gossiped and pulled you into their gossip.

Take time to tell that person you are willing to go with them and speak with both parties, if they have spoken about the matter already. If they don't want to have help to restore a brother or sister they used you as a gossip sounding board. If they feel comfortable gossiping with you in secret you have lead them to believe you like gossip.

Remember, there are always two sides to every story and in the middle is the truth. Never let a person draw you into their gossip. Always be a peacemaker looking for restoration luke Jesus does.

1 Corinthians 6:9-10 and Romans 1:29-30 both say a GOSSIP will not inherit the Kingdom of God.
