The praise team had just finished a powerful rendition of “It’s Working” when one of the most unexpected moments of the service took place.

Elder Crosby, who is typically known for being lowkey and reserved stepped to the microphone and softly sang:

🎵 “He’s leaning in my direction.”

No shouting. No fanfare. No performance.

Just a simple reminder that God’s presence isn’t always found in the loudest moments. Sometimes He speaks peace through a gentle whisper that settles deep in your spirit.

If you’ve been carrying a burden, waiting on an answer, or wondering if God sees what you’re facing, remember:

💜 God hasn’t forgotten you.
💜 God is still working.
💜 God is leaning in your direction.

If you've been waiting on something for a long time —
And you're honestly starting to wonder if God even remembers it's still there —
This message is for you.

We walked through the story of Lazarus in John 11 this Sunday, and here's what stopped me:
Jesus showed up four days late by everybody's count.
Mary was grieving. Martha had already accepted it. The tomb was sealed.
And Jesus still showed up — not to explain Himself, not to apologize for the timing.
Just to do what only He could do.

If your waiting season is starting to feel more like a dead end, hear this before you give up:
Delay is not denial.

Waiting is hard. Especially when it feels like everyone else is moving forward while you are stuck in place.

But this week, we are reminding ourselves of Lazarus in John 11. Jesus loved him deeply, yet He intentionally delayed His arrival.

Sometimes, God allows a pause not to punish you, but to protect you, prepare you, and set up a miracle you never saw coming.

Don’t mistake the silence for absence. Trust the timing.
