On Sunday we were blessed to present Bibles to our 3rd graders and our Confirmation students. We pray that they use these Bibles to learn and grow in their faith at home and in their classes here.

We also had our first day of Sunday School! Pre-K through 5th grade are learning about Joseph from Genesis and 6th through 12th grade are learning about the Wesley's.

God of learning, it's like making footprints on new snow. It's like seeing grass after living at the North Pole for a year. There is so much promise in this day. There is so much possibility. There are amazing things that can happen this year. May we soar into this year with our heads high. May our entrance into the new year be as bold as football players bursting through the hoop of paper. We've been doing this a long time. But this year is a whole new chance.
