Turning Point Worship Center is an Apostolic/Pentecostal church, and is a part of "The Assemblies of The Lord Jesus Christ." Pastor Rob Jones was born and raised in South Carolina where his ministry began at the age of 16 under the ministry of Rev. He attended Jackson College of Ministries where he received a Bachelors in Theology. After marrying Laura Jones, they have worked in many different fac

ets of ministry including evangelizing, youth ministry, Dean of Students at Jackson Collage of Ministries, and assisting great pastors in various states. Jones founded Turning Point Worship Center in Oct. They have two Children, Garrett and Olivia. Pastor Jones is ordained with the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ. He has served as the Western District Youth President and District World Missions Director and Section 1 Presbyter. He is currently serving as the Western District Superintendent. Jones is currently serving as the Women’s Esprit President for the Western District.

“It Is Well” — Pastor Jones

📖 2 Kings 4:18–26

When the Shunammite woman was facing one of the darkest moments of her life, she declared three powerful words:

“It is well.” 🙌

Her circumstances didn’t look well. She didn’t have the answer yet. The miracle had not happened—but she knew where to take her need.

What a word to carry into this week!

Faith doesn’t deny the difficulty; faith declares that God is greater than the difficulty.

There’s just something special about gathering together with the family of God—worshiping, hearing the Word, praying, and growing together.

We’re thankful for what God did in the house today, and we’re carrying it with us into the week ahead!

“Dying a Loser on the Winning Side” — Pastor Jones

📖 Joshua 7:18–26

Israel was on the winning side—God had given them victory, promise, and purpose. But Achan allowed something hidden in his life to cost him his place in that victory.

What a reminder for us as we begin a new week: It’s possible to be surrounded by victory and still experience defeat when we refuse to surrender what God has asked us to let go.

Don’t settle for living defeated when you’re already on the winning side! 🔥
