There’s something beautiful about watching men choose to show up.

To be the father God calls him to be patient when he’s tired, present when it’s easier to check out, steady when life feels shaky. To pray over his kids, to teach with grace, to love like Christ loves the church. That kind of fatherhood reflects our Heavenly Father, and it changes generations.

Yesterday we celebrated every dad, stepdad, grandpa, uncle, mentor, and spiritual father who says “I’m here.” Thank you. Your “yes” matters more than you know.

And we also know Father’s Day can be heavy.
If your dad passed, is absent, or your relationship is broken… we see you. Father’s Day can ache. The empty chair, the text you won’t get, the memories that hurt as much as they heal.

But you’re not fatherless.
God calls Himself Father to the fatherless. Psalm 68:5. He sees what others miss. He stays when others leave. He’s gentle with your grief and strong enough to carry it.

So yesterday, whether you were celebrating, grieving, or both you’re welcome here. At Belong Community Church, you have a family. You have a seat. And you have a Father in Heaven who will never leave you.

Father’s Day Recap ♡

Yesterday we were so blessed to host Mike Sandusky who brought a powerful word on Jesus in the desert.

Luke 4:14 reminds us: Jesus went into the wilderness full of the Spirit… and came out in the power of the Spirit.

Your desert isn’t punishment. It’s preparation.
When God strips distractions, tests our faith, and builds our character in dry seasons, we don’t break, we’re built.

If you feel dry, unseen, or stuck right now… you’re not forgotten. You’re being formed. Meet God in the dry place. Let His Word feed you. The same Spirit that led Jesus in will lead you out stronger, clearer, ready.

We left hungry for more and full of courage to walk through whatever season we’re in.

Belong Community Church wouldn’t be the same without you. See you next Sunday? 💛

Happy Easter from Belong Community Church!

Yesterday we celebrated the risen Savior together, and there’s something sacred about lifting our voices as one body. The empty tomb reminds us that hope is alive, and gathering as a church makes that hope feel even more real faith shared, burdens lightened, grace multiplied.

It was beautiful to see every chair filled, every heart turned toward Him. Thank you for showing up, for worshiping, for belonging. He is risen indeed!
