We are so blessed to have Smt Nirmala Devi Makam, who is a scholar and a great teacher of Anapana Sati Meditation, visiting us in Los Angeles. She has been practicing this meditation and teaching it for more than a decade. So many people across the globe have been benefited by her teaching and by practicing this meditation.

The Anapana Sati meditation is a Buddhist technique which has been in existence for over 2000 years. This is a breath observation technique that helps calm and soothe the mind. People of all ages can perform this meditation and be benefited in their daily life. The following are a few of the numerous benefits of this meditation-
