The City of Angels Community Choirs present their Spring Concert at Emmanuel – “Celebrating 250 Years of Vices of America.” Celebrate America's 250th Birthday with "Copeland", "Gershwin", "Bernstein" and more of America's best composers!!

Our confirmands Henry Kraft and Reed Longfield collected items for their confirmation projects on May 10. Henry organized a sock drive to support Hope The Mission. Reed collected donations for the West Valley Animal Shelter.

Emmanuel has partnered with other churches in the Twin Valley Conference to teach Confirmation classes. If you are in the 6-8th grade and want to attend or if you are the parent of a middle schooler who wants their kiddo to attend, please contact Pastor Rick at [email protected] or call the church 818-761-6124 or catch him on Sunday. It should be an exciting time of learning as our young people focus on: What does it mean to be Lutheran?

Please join us this afternoon at 4 pm!! Come hear the beautiful tones of handbells in a concert hosted by Emmanuel Friends of Music! Melodies that Bind Us: The Story in the Score is presented by LA Bronze Handbell Ensemble, under the direction of Lynn G. Atkins. Our own Mark Longfield is a member of this amazing community handbell choir.
