Thank you all for coming out to our third annual summer community barbecue! We had a huge turnout of about 50 people. Wonderful food, and great friendships were built, reconnected, and started!

COMMUNITY BARBECUE, Tomorrow, June 13, 12 noon til 2 pm, at Grand Isle United Methodist Church, Hyde Rd, Grand Isle, VT. We welcome everybody to join us for a fun summer barbecue. Come meet your neighbors and other islanders while enjoying the best the season has to offer. Bring a side dish, and camp chair if you prefer. We look forward to seeing you there!

We face how to meaningfully engage in conflict from a biblical standpoint, utilizing Acts 7:55-60, Psalm 31:1-5, 15-16, 1 Peter 2:2-10, & John 14:1-14 (read it at biblegateway.com).

We invite the whole community out on SATURDAY, June 13, 12 -2 for a SUMMER BAR-B-QUE at Grand Isle UMC, on Hyde Rd., in Grand Isle! We will provide the main dish, we ask you to bring your favorite summer side dish or dessert. We believe the islands are a special place, and want to help neighbors meet neighbors, and help restore that feeling of community. So come on out, enjoy some good food, meet your neighbors, and build back our sense of community!
