We are about to post dates for our 1st New York Carry Permit Class. Connecticut residents are required to complete this course in order to apply for a NY permit. Once approved you can carry in NYC and the whole State of NY. This class will be broken down into 2 days. Stay a tuned.

Our Connecticut case is heading to the United States Supreme Court. What this means if the court rules in our favor then we will be allowed to buy AR15 and similar ri**es.

GRANT v HIGGINS ARGUMENTS SCHEDULED

The Supreme Court of the United States has announced our hearing date!

On December 2nd, our attorneys will make oral arguments explaining why Connecticut’s ban on the AR-15 platform and similar semiautomatic ri**es is unconstitutional.

GRANT OPENING BRIEF FILED WITH THE U.S. SUPREME COURT!!!

Today, our legal team filed the opening brief in our “Assault Weapon” ban case, completing the next step toward freedom with the nation’s highest court. We are grateful for all the work by Attorneys Atkinson, Dubitsky and Fishbein as well as by SAF, FPC, Cooper & Kirk and all parties in the Viramontes case. It’s an incredible team!

Our opposition has until October 21st to respond.

Awesome news. AR15 bans in CT will hopefully be a thing of the past.

After a 13 year fight, the Supreme Court of the United States has agreed to hear CCDL’s challenge to the Connecticut ban on so-called “assault weapons”.

The legal landscape has improved greatly in this time, most notably with Bruen’s History and Tradition test. We are confident our legal challenge is well suited to destroy the “Assault Weapon” ban and restore our rights.

In the year ahead, our attorneys and plaintiffs will be travelling to D.C. to argue our case. A ruling will be made sometime in the 2026 term, which begins in October and ends around July 2027.
