WHY CHURCH?
God calls us to a life of faith and trust and obedience, not a life of taking the “obvious,” self-help option in our lives.
We come to God’s house and present ourselves, mess and all, at His feet in worship, and He cleans us up, accepts us, blesses us, and sends us back out.
If we’re having a hard time with going to church, we don’t start with our home or work situation. We start with faith and obedience in the cornerstone of our life: worship of God.

Join us for Trinity Sunday.
Fr. John's message will be about a gospel-centered life. When we speak of a person who lives a gospel-centered life, we mean that person has believed the gospel of Jesus Christ and has made the death and resurrection of Christ the very foundation of his or her life. A true Christian must be a gospel-centered person because Christianity is a lifestyle, not an activity. Knowing about Christ does not make one a Christian; knowing Christ does.

Good morning! God bless you!
Every Saturday, I come into the church to set up the hymn board and get the service books in order. It’s also a time for me of prayer, as I walk near each pew and pray for each parishioner. It takes a while but centers me for Sunday worship.
Come and join a praying church, a gospel centered church and a church family that are the hands and feet of Christ in our community!

Church Attendance is Up!
According to a May 2026 report from the Hartford Institute for Religion Research of 7500 congregations, median in-person worship attendance is up for the first time in 25 years, rising from a low of 45 during the pandemic to 70 in 2026.

Barna research finds, “A historic reversal: For the first time in decades, younger adults—Gen Z and Millennials—are now the most regular churchgoers, outpacing older generations, who once formed the backbone of church attendance.” Barna research further writes; “Younger adults are coming back. Churches that offer relational connection, spiritual mentoring and authentic belonging can nurture this renewed interest into depth of faith.”

Join us for vibrant worship, amazing music, gospel preaching and a connection to people in our community and God who created us all.
No hype! Come as you are.
Fr. John

Thank you for your generous support of our Food Pantry ministry!

We’re thankful to be part of a community that cares for one another. 💛

Recently, Sandy Cove employees came together to support the food pantry at St. Mary Anne's Episcopal Church, and, with a matching gift, we presented a $1,360 check to help serve local families.

It’s a gift to be one small part of what’s already happening—neighbors helping neighbors, quietly and faithfully meeting real needs.

Grateful to be in it together.

Join us this Sunday at either 8am or 10am! Beautiful music, Church school for the little ones at 10am and the preaching of God's word.

Here's a great quote from Pastor Alistair Begg- "We find Christ in all the Scriptures. In the Old Testament He is predicted, in the Gospels He is revealed, in Acts He is preached, in the epistles He is explained, and in Revelation He is expected."
