Striving for the Mastery Striving for the Mastery Training Conference is designed for anyone desiring to grow in their service to Christ.

This unique conference is intended to equip Bible-believing churches across the Northeast to serve God with excellence. Everyone attends four general sessions over two days delving deeply into the truths from God's Word that help believers realize their bright future. Interspersed between general sessions, are 20 more content-rich elective sessions for attendees to choose from that are designed to

build up pastors, their wives, missionaries, church planters, deacons, lay leaders, Bible and Sunday school teachers, prospective pastors and anyone desiring to grow in their service to Christ. All this takes place at North Conway's historic First Baptist Church (established in 1796) in the middle of the scenic Mount Washington Valley region surrounded by New Hampshire's majestic White Mountains.
