It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the transition of our beloved Deacon Albertha “Bertha” Jenkins.

The public viewing wlll take place on Friday, May 22, 2026 and the Homegoing Celebration honoring the life and legacy of Deacon Jenkins will be held this Saturday, May 23, 2026, at 12:00 Noon. Both services will be held at Christian Praise & Worship Center, located at 2920 Appleton Avenue, North Charleston, SC 29405.

The family will receive visitation at the home of Deacon Bertha on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM.

During this difficult time, we humbly ask that you keep the Jenkins family and all loved ones lifted in prayer as we celebrate a life of faith, love, and service. May God continue to strengthen and comfort every grieving heart.
