Northside Baptist Church, Charleston SC The church is also the home to Northside Christian School (K2-12th grade) and to a daycare. October 1975: Northside Christian School was founded.

We are an independent, fundamental Baptist church that preaches and teaches the Word of God so you and your family may know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ. August 6, 1965: a small group of believers began meeting in a home in Hanahan united with a desire to form a fundamental, independent, Baptist Church. October 4, 1965: they moved to the Park Circle Community Center and chartered the Bib

le Baptist Church. February 18, 1966: they met in their first church building on Durant Ave. 1971-1972, they purchased land in the Ashley Phosphate area, built the new building, and changed the name to Northside Baptist Church. Some of the timbers from the original building were used to assemble the cross on the front of the sanctuary. Today we continue to be a church that preaches and teaches so that people may know, love, and serve the Lord Jesus Christ.

Hope to see you come out to our Easter Sunday church services April 5, 2026. Combined Sunday School and Lord Supper Service at 9:00 am in the church auditorium. Easter Fellowship/Coffee and Donuts at 10:00 am. Easter Service and Choir presentation of Easter Trilogy at 10:30 am. No evening Worship service.

You're invited to hear the Darlins (missionaries to Hong Kong) give their final report to Northside Baptist Church tomorrow morning at 9:30 AM (combined Sunday School). Dr. Andrew Huish and his wife Stephanie (Darlin) Huish will be bringing much fine special music for our morning service at 10:30 AM.
At 5:00 PM we will be hosting a "Taste of Missions" in our gym!
