Over the past several years, we have seen thousands of people come to Awaken Church where we have witnessed hundreds be baptized and changed because of the power of Jesus transforming lives one person at a time. We have mobilized thousands to serve in our city, grown to two campuses located in Charleston and Summerville, and have multiplied into dozens of small groups meeting all throughout the Lo
wcountry area. What we are witnessing is nothing short of a miracle. Our staff and ministry team has grown into a group of individuals and families that are dedicated followers of Jesus, who use our unique God-given talents, strengths, and passions to lead our church & spread God’s Word across our city! Our vision from the very beginning is to exist so that people far from God will be awakened to life in Christ. This vision has been our focus as a church, and we are seeing it come to reality every single week here at Awaken. The Bible says when we plant ourselves in the local church, we begin to flourish in every way as we experience the many blessings that God promises to us! As we gather together for worship on Sundays, we’d love the opportunity to get to host you! Our groups are open for you to build relationships with others to see for yourself what we’re all about. We believe that God has brought you here for a specific purpose, and we as a church will be better because you are here. God wants to do something special in your life through this church, and He wants to do something special in our church through you!
