What an awesome Men's Day 2024 celebration we had at St. Peter's!
On Saturday, the Sons of Allen sponsored a mini basketball camp for the boys in the church and local communities. Coach Earl Grant, head basketball coach at Boston College, and Liberty Hill native, facilitated the camp. Coach Grant shared some basic basketball skills with the boys along with some life skills that will help them develop into positive, Christian young men.
On Sunday, Coach Grant was the keynote speaker for the Men's Day 2024 Worship Service where he shared his personal testimony of how God has directed his life to where he is now. Coach Grant also got the opportunity to meet and greet many family members and friends from the church and community.
Thank you Coach Grant and thank you Pastor Kennedy for allowing us to have such a spiritual filled weekend.
