In Loving Memory of Frances Jenkins 💚
Holy City Missions is saddened by the passing of our friend and faithful volunteer, Frances Jenkins.

Through Aldersgate Methodist Church, Frances became a familiar face at our weekly Food Bank, faithfully giving her time to serve our neighbors. We are incredibly grateful for the time we were blessed to share with her and for the heart she had for serving others.

We extend our love and prayers to Frances’ family, friends, and her Aldersgate church family. Her kindness and service made a difference, and she will be greatly missed.

We thank God for Frances, for the life she lived, and for the many ways He used her to bless others. 💚

📣 An Exciting New Chapter
For years, Holy City Missions has been blessed to serve our neighbors with food, clothing, shelter, showers, encouragement, and the hope of Jesus. 💚

As our ministry continues to grow, so does the need for a space that allows us to serve more people, more effectively, and in more ways than ever before.

Today, we’re excited to begin sharing the vision for our future through our Building a Better Tomorrow, Together campaign.

Over the next couple of months, we’ll be sharing why this project matters, what it will make possible, and how you can be part of this next chapter—including a special fundraiser this October.

This isn’t simply about building a facility. It’s about creating more opportunities to meet needs, build relationships, and share the love of Christ with our community.

Our current greatest need is men’s belts!

A simple belt can provide dignity, comfort, and confidence to someone getting back on their feet. If you have new or gently used men’s belts you’d like to donate, we’d be so grateful.

🇺🇸 💚 We’re incredibly grateful for the team from NPTU Charleston Chiefs Mess who volunteered their time last week to prepare and serve a delicious Italian meal for our Thursday Soup Kitchen!

Their willingness to serve behind the scenes helped provide not just a warm meal, but a reminder that our community is cared for. Thank you for partnering with us and loving our neighbors through service.
