“Remember your leaders who have spoken God’s word to you. As you carefully observe the outcome of their lives, imitate their faith.” Hebrews‬ ‭13‬:‭7‬ ‭CBA is grieving over the passing of CBA Pastor Jonathan Davis! How many influential roles can be listed for a leader well lived? Coach, pastor, mentor, brother, friend, husband, father, grandfather…He made eternal deposits in the lives of every person in proximity to him from multiple classes of students, faculty, congregational members and family! His faith in Jesus and love for others is worth imitating! As we remember a life well lived and a calling well served, the impact of God’s word spoken and expressed thru a life on mission will live on in all who knew him. Praying for grace and peace for Lynette and the entire Davis family while giving eternal praise to God for a faith worth imitating!
