| TRIP RECAP |

Our high school students returned from their Leadership Adventure Week at Alpine Ministries. They spent time doing team-building activities such as caving, white-water rafting, high-ropes courses, and rappelling.

They were reminded on the trip:
- You are the next generation. You can help shape a culture that follows Jesus.
- The way you live represents who Jesus is to the world, whether for good or bad. Live in a way that honors Him!

This past Sunday we stepped into 2 Kings 10 and Jeremiah 35 with a clear challenge: Are we all in?

Pastor Matt reminded us that following Jesus is not meant to be halfway, convenient, or casual. We need friends who challenge us spiritually, speak the truth when needed, and help sharpen our faith. We also need to pray for a renewed zeal for the Lord — the kind of passion that shapes our homes, calendars, priorities, and legacy.

The question we are carrying into this week is simple but serious: Who has your heart?

Happy Birthday, June! 🎉

Today we are celebrating June, our wonderful receptionist/administrative assistant here at MissionView!

June has been on staff for almost 4 years and will officially hit that milestone this August. She is steady, faithful, and always willing to serve with kindness and conviction.

A couple of Bible verses that have been meaningful to her are Psalm 46:10, which she holds on to day by day, and Philippians 2:10–11, which brings her hope for the future. June also stands strong on God’s Word no matter what, and we are so thankful for the way her faith shines through her life and work.

Her go-to drink is water, but if she is feeling really wild… lemonade. 😉

Last year, we followed True North… this year, we’re diving under the sea for VBS 2026: SCUBA! 🌊

When: June 29th - July 2nd
Time: 5:45 pm - 8:30 pm

We can’t wait for kids to discover what it means to dive deeper into friendship with God.

We are also still looking for a few amazing volunteers to help make VBS happen! Current needs include:

Youth volunteers
Tiny Tots volunteers
Childcare volunteers
A few additional serving spots

Whether you love leading kids, helping behind the scenes, or just showing up with a willing heart, there’s a place for you to serve. No scuba certification required.

Missions Monday - The Oumas

Sonny and Kate started Giving Back Hope Together in Kenya, serving vulnerable children through camps, preschool, street ministry, and sponsorship opportunities. They work to reunite children with their families and prevent them from turning to the streets.

Please pray for full sponsorship for the current children in need, relief and homes for those affected by heavy rains, and for strength and health for the Oumas.
