Jesus is not just a name we shout in church—
He is power in real life.

His authority is:

Stronger than peer pressure

Greater than depression and anxiety

Higher than every evil influence

Bigger than your past mistakes

You are not weak.
You are not forgotten.
You are not defeated.

If Jesus lives in you, victory lives in you.

The same authority that calmed storms, raised the dead, and defeated the grave
is working in you today.

But on Mount Zion there shall be those who escape, and it shall be holy, and the house of Jacob shall possess their own possessions." (Obadiah 1:17, ESV)
Obadiah is the shortest book in the Old Testament, consisting of a single chapter of prophetic oracle against Edom, Israel's neighbor and ancestral relative descended from Esau. The book pronounces judgment on Edom for their violence against Judah during Jerusalem's destruction. Verse 17 marks a pivotal transition from judgment to restoration, introducing the hope-filled conclusion of the prophecy.
